What interests you about travel?
People, stories, and culture.
I use my own travel stories, photos and experience to assist clients in preparing interesting itineraries that work for their interests, capabilities and budget.
What is your favourite destination?
London, for the history, Monarchy, ease of moving around, beautiful countryside and city parks, galleries, cathedrals and amazing options close at hand.
Antibes – Historic village on the coast in the Sth France, living like a local, shopping at the market and swimming in the sea at the locals beach. All the glam of the Cote DE ‘Azur at your doorstep and just a 20 minute train journey to Monte Carlo.
I have travelled to….
Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, United Kingdom, as well as most of Europe and Eastern Europe – all ways including Cruising, River Cruising, Coach , Private boat charter and barging.
The Baltics including Copenhagen, Stockholm,. Helsinki and St Petersburg.
Most of South America including Machu Picchu, Iguassu Falls, Lima , Ushuaia and the Falkland Islands as well as cruising through the Magellan straight and around Cape Horn.
Cruising to East Timor, Papua New Guinea, Melville Islands and all the coast of Australia and New Zealand.
Favourite travel tip?
Do it while you can – and make sure you have a holiday not just a trip.
What’s your dream destination?
World Cruise – the reason being that for me cruising is the greatest way to have a holiday which includes many destinations at a easy pace (I am know as a lazy traveller) make sure the ports included are interesting and the ship and cabin suites your personal style.
